Shipping policy
1. Order Processing All products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before being dispatched.
2. Shipping Times Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Germany: 3–7 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
These are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or other factors outside our control.
3. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.
4. Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
5. Customs & Duties For orders outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.
