1. Made-to-Order Products All ÉCRU products are produced on demand. Under EU law, custom-made or personalised goods are generally exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal. However, we stand behind the quality of our products.

2. Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

3. Right of Withdrawal For non-customised products, EU customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us before returning the item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

4. Refunds Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item or confirmation of the issue.
